Job Title: Member Services Officer

Location: Dublin/Wicklow (available to work in any of our 8 offices)

Job Type: Full-time (35 hrs per week)

Closing Date: 24th October 2025

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Member Services Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the credit union.

Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service to members
- Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and loan applications
- Process account transactions and maintain accurate records
- Carry out back office administration/clerical duties and other duties as required.
- Participate in company sponsored volunteer activities and other community service initiatives.

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a financial institution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of credit union products and services is an advantage
