About the Account Development Representative:
Market Star currently has an opportunity available for an Account Development Representative with our team in Our Dublin HQ. The Account Development will work directly with multiple clients and teams to co-develop and execute sales, marketing, training, and business plan objectives across various statements of work. The ideal candidate can process data, extrapolate actionable insights from the data. Must be Team Champion and deliver relevant and timely insights to Director level.
Location: Market Star’s office is located at 1 Central Park, Block G, 2nd Floor, Leopardstown, Dublin 18. Market Star, in collaboration with their clients, supports work from home, hybrid, and in-office positions within the Republic of Ireland. Employees' work location is determined through client needs, IT requirements, and business needs and is communicated by the employee manager.
What will you do?
- Convert warm leads into appointments while creating a great experience for customers
- Outreach to new prospects to initiate the sales process and build the excitement around the product and the brand
- Manage contact info, schedules, calendaring, and communications
- Maintain Salesforce hygiene while optimizing processes
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven success in a goal or metric driven environment; sales experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident presenter who is comfortable with customer interactions and providing technology solutions
- Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English
