We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Service Administrator, based in Ennis, Co Clare. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, where you will play a key role in supporting clients, Scheduling and Sales team, ensuring a seamless process and high standard of service delivery to clients. Position will report to Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound calls
- Maintain client portals to ensure daily updates are provided
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring that all service requests and required works are addressed promptly
- Coordinate and schedule work by liaising directly with clients and the scheduling team
- Assist in the preparation of service contracts, including maintaining contract records and processing amendments.
- Assist with weekly reporting
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexible team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience Required
- Previous experience in a busy office environment with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
