Operations / Office Manager - Dublin, Ireland (Investment Advisory Office) Are you an organised, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Our client is establishing an Investment Advisory Office in Dublin 4 and is looking for an Office/Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring our office functions efficiently, our financial and HR processes are seamless, and communication with our US-based corporate partners is clear and effective. What you'll do: Keep our finances on track: manage invoices, expenses, payroll, and liaise with auditors and corporate finance teams. Be the go-to person for all things office-related: coordinate meetings, manage vendors and supplies, and ensure the office environment is professional and efficient. Improve processes and maintain compliance: develop best practices, uphold internal controls, and safeguard confidential information. Support our people: partner with HR to on-board new employees, maintain records, and coordinate compliance training. What we're looking for: A proven background in office management or professional administration (8+ years experience). Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities. Experience in finance and HR administration, and familiarity with Irish compliance regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working across time zones. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with financial or HR software. Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
