Overview We're Hiring: German Inside Sales – Industry Representative (Dublin)
Location: Citywest, Dublin (Hybrid)
Salary: Excellent package

Are you fluent in German and passionate about consultative sales? Join our dynamic team at ChemPoint, a Univar Solutions company, and help us build long-term partnerships with customers across Europe.
What You’ll Do Drive profitable sales via phone within an assigned territory using a consultative approach
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, from SMEs to large organisations
Identify new opportunities and trends within your market segment
Deliver tailored solutions using ChemPoint’s resources and product offerings
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth
What We’re Looking For Fluent German speaker
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred)
1–2 years’ experience in B2B sales or a technical sales role
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office Suite
