Our client is a well-established three-partner accounting practice based in Ashbourne, providing a full range of accounting, tax, and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Our team prides itself on professionalism, accuracy, and a client-focused approach. As the practice continues to grow, they are seeking a dedicated Accounts & Compliance Assistant to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality client accounting services. The Role Support client accounting services through preparation and verification of financial data. Assist with year-end processes, outsourcing, and compliance documentation. Manage CRAs, KYC records, and other regulatory requirements. Handle administrative tasks such as loan information, tax letters, and client correspondence. Requirements Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with good bookkeeping knowledge. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office. Experience in an accounting practice preferred; knowledge of year-end processes desirable. Excellent communication skills and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. Salary & Benefits Competitive salary €40,000 - €45,000 based on experience and qualifications. Annual bonus up to 10% Pension contribution Training and professional development opportunities provided. Flexible working arrangements may be considered. Hybrid working arrangements 3 days on site.
