Our client, a registered charity, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to support daily operations. This part-time role (21 hours per week) offers hybrid working, with occasional in-person attendance required in Dublin 2. Part-Time Office Coordinator Charity Sector Dublin 2 | Hybrid | 21 Hours Per Week | Rate:€20 Per Hour Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Act as a point of contact for general inquiries, volunteers, and members. Support event coordination, communications, and database management. Assist with governance-related tasks, including compliance and reporting. Manage schedules, meetings, and document preparation for the team and board. Maintain and update policies, ensuring adherence to regulations. About You: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or WordPress is a plus. Previous experience in the charity/non-profit sector is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. This role is ideal for someone looking for a meaningful position in the charity sector, offering flexibility and a chance to make a real impact.
