I'm currently looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Lead to join a global organization driving digital innovation and transformation across industries. Your day to day:

Lead and motivate a high-performing team of Agency Account & Partner Managers
Drive revenue growth and exceed KPIs
Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s
Identify process barriers and improve productivity
Ensure high-quality sales execution and operational excellence
Support recruitment and onboarding of top sales talent
Maintain client SLAs and performance standards

Compensation package:

You’ll earn a €55,000 base salary , plus a €2,000–€4,000 sign-on bonus and up to €25,000 in commission , depending on performance.

Your requirements:

Proven experience leading a sales team, ideally in digital marketing or agency environment
Strong understanding of agency dynamics and advertiser management
Fluent in French and English (written & spoken)
Experienced in hiring and team development
Proficient with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
