Our client, a leading player in the aircraft leasing sector, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their Dublin office. This role requires fluency in Mandarin and English and offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, cross-border environment.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for a wide range of operational duties, including lease invoicing, compliance tracking, payment coordination, and liaison with lessees and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage billing and collection of airline rent and maintenance reserves.
- Coordinate the collection and renewal of insurance policies and letters of credit; calculate rental payments for new aircraft deliveries and purchase transactions; respond to daily inquiries from lessees.
- Prepare for and participate in board meetings related to Irish platform transactions; record meeting minutes, resolutions, and maintain a summary tracking spreadsheet.
- Support the incorporation of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and review documentation for third-party servicing providers.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in aircraft leasing or the broader financial services industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
