Company Intro / Summary A long-established and progressive main contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in North Dublin. Operating for over 30 years, the company has built a reputation for excellence in construction project management, delivering high-quality work across commercial, healthcare, education, residential, and refurbishment sectors. With repeat clients and a strong pipeline of work in the Greater Dublin area, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious QS to take on a leadership role within an established and respected building contractor. Responsibilities Manage all commercial and contractual obligations on projects, ensuring compliance with contract terms. Prepare and submit interim payment claim notices and final claims. Liaise closely with Contracts and Site Managers to assess progress and identify variations. Ensure claims and valuations are comprehensive and issued promptly. Report in detail to the Commercial Manager on the financial status of projects. Negotiate with subcontractors, clients, and their representatives as required. Play a key role in supporting the Surveying Department and contributing to the successful delivery of projects. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or equivalent. 810 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a main contractor. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage commercial aspects independently. Excellent reporting, analytical, and IT skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Package Salary: €80,000 €90,000 (DOE). Immediate start available. North Dublin with flexible working arrangements (home/office/site). Permanent, full-time position with long-term career potential.
