**Job Overview**

Vhi is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with corporate clients.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement sales campaigns to grow membership and achieve sales targets across EAP & OH product range
  • Collaborate with Clinical Director, CWSM, and OH Manager to ensure the best solution is pitched to corporate clients
  • Coordinate and manage tenders for EAP and OH businesses, preparing content for documents, new business quotes, proposals, and pitch attendance
  • End-to-end management of new business enquiries across EAP and Occ Health service lines

**Requirements**

  • Third-level degree or equivalent
  • At least 2 years in a customer-facing/relationship management/sales role
  • Proven track record of target delivery in a sales environment
