Ideal Part-Time HR Role for Senior Professionals

Job Description

We are seeking a senior HR professional to join our organization in a part-time role. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, or Senior HR Generalist roles and possess in-depth knowledge of Irish and UK employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct a comprehensive audit and review of existing HR policies and procedures.
  2. Lead the rewrite and redesign of the HR manual to ensure compliance with up-to-date Irish and UK employment legislation.
  3. Provide expert advice on HR policy development, implementation, and compliance matters.
  4. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure new policies are practical, relevant, and clearly communicated.
  5. Maintain and track changes to documentation using Excel and other appropriate tools.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on evolving employment legislation and HR best practices.
  7. Deliver accurate and professional HR documentation tailored to both jurisdictions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, or Senior HR Generalist role.
  • In-depth understanding of both Irish and UK employment legislation is essential.
  • Strong background in policy writing, HR compliance, and documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working independently.
  • Confident, proactive, and able to manage workload with minimal supervision.
