Senior Business Continuity Specialist

The Technical Incident Manager plays a pivotal role in coordinating incident response, minimizing downtime, identifying root causes, and driving continuous improvement in incident management processes for a large Managed Service customer.
Key Responsibilities:- Own major incidents lifecycle through resolution ensuring timely communication and updates to key stakeholders.
- Coordinate dedicated technical teams during incidents.
- Manage service delivery in line with client SLAs KPIs and KRIs.
- Participate in on-call rotation for incident response outside business hours.
- Implement proactive measures to improve service quality.
- Own post-incident reviews and analysis working closely with Problem Management to identify root cause.
- Attend regular review meetings with the client providing report dashboards as input to Service Level Reviews.
- Comply with ITIL framework processes.
- 5-7 years' experience in a large IT Telecoms organization.
- Strong technical background.
- Service Delivery & Incident Management capabilities.
- Proven experience in a client-facing position.
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification in Service Management.
- In-depth knowledge of ITSM processes and stakeholder management.
