Senior Account Manager

The role of a Senior Account Manager involves managing daily relationships with key restaurant partners. These partners are among the largest in the Deliveroo network, and as such, require strategic growth planning to optimize their sales and operational efficiency.

To achieve this goal, the successful candidate will utilize their expertise of the Deliveroo platform to develop compelling insights that drive business growth. This will involve analyzing data patterns and presenting findings to clients in a clear and actionable manner.

This role requires strong relationship-building skills, enabling the individual to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, experience working in a dynamic high-growth company is essential for success in this position.

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and presenting recommendations for increased revenue and health metrics.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on operational best practices, Deliveroo insights, and on-site troubleshooting for key restaurant partners.
  • Collaborate with regional Commercial Managers to identify opportunities for growth in priority regions across the UK.
  • Work closely with restaurant marketing counterparts to deliver targeted marketing campaigns that create value for our partners.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management or a similar strategic partnerships role.
  • Ability to interpret and present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A background in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
