Job Opportunity:

  • This role is ideal for professionals with a strong sales background and a keen interest in partner management.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, onboard, and enable new marketing agency and systems integrator partners within Germany.
  2. Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to find high-potential partners.
  3. Educate and train partners on tools and resources to enhance their business growth.
  4. Qualify inbound leads, identify new opportunities, and transition partners to dedicated teams.
  5. Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless partner experience.
  6. Represent the company at partner meetings, events, and conferences (up to 25% travel across Germany and Europe).

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or partnerships-focused roles (MarTech/SaaS and/or e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Comfortable managing multiple high-value partner relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong consultative and sales skills, with experience using sales methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Willing and able to travel across Germany and Europe (~25%).
