
Sales and Partnerships Professional

Job Opportunity:
- This role is ideal for professionals with a strong sales background and a keen interest in partner management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and enable new marketing agency and systems integrator partners within Germany.
- Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to find high-potential partners.
- Educate and train partners on tools and resources to enhance their business growth.
- Qualify inbound leads, identify new opportunities, and transition partners to dedicated teams.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless partner experience.
- Represent the company at partner meetings, events, and conferences (up to 25% travel across Germany and Europe).
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or partnerships-focused roles (MarTech/SaaS and/or e-commerce experience preferred).
- Fluent in German and English
- Comfortable managing multiple high-value partner relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong consultative and sales skills, with experience using sales methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Willing and able to travel across Germany and Europe (~25%).
