Distributor Sales Manager Role Overview:

This is a key position that requires leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships with distribution partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth through distribution partners in the assigned region.
  • Manage relationships with distribution partners, including regular communication, training, and support to ensure their success in promoting and selling products.
  • Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities and partnerships to expand our market reach and increase sales.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges and develop solutions to drive sales growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of proven experience in distribution sales or end customer sales. A qualification or experience in Geomatics or Civil Engineering role is preferred but not essential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distribution sales, proven leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and end customers.
