
Customer Experience Manager

This role is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction across multiple departments, including front office and food and beverage. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving results through effective leadership.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can increase our standing on review websites by encouraging satisfied guests to share their positive experiences. This will involve gathering feedback from various sources, such as online review sites, comment cards, and reports.
The ideal candidate will be able to analyze this feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective action plans in collaboration with department heads. They will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and making recommendations to optimize guest experience.
About the RoleThis Guest Relations Executive position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering and analyzing guest feedback to inform business decisions

To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a hospitality or customer-facing industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications
