
Global Customer Experience Manager

We're seeking a skilled Renewals Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Enterprise Customer Success and Account Executives team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and growing our account base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a portfolio of Enterprise client renewals ensuring on-time customer retention and high dollar-over-dollar renewal rates.
- Establish renewal processes for the region and collaborate with the Customer Success Manager and Account Executive on different renewal scenarios for each client.
- Leverage the renewal event with customers to demonstrate business value, optimize multi-year subscriptions, and expand partnership with our customers.
- Directly negotiate all renewal terms with client procurement teams.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable B2B SaaS Renewals experience of 2+ years working with mid-level large, Enterprise Accounts.
- Significant experience negotiating with customers across EMEA, with the tenacity to manage extended and sometimes challenging negotiations with different cultural groups.
- Ability to work autonomously and with the flexibility to accommodate the regions you are working across.
- Superior time management skills; excellent attention to detail.
