Key Role Overview

The role encompasses driving sports marketing initiatives globally to elevate iconicity through strategic partnerships.

This involves leading strategy development and deployment of key programs, ensuring timely execution and effective communication with stakeholders.

It requires championing the brand's perspective and engaging with relevant teams to drive strategic transformation towards a new consumer engagement model.

Responsibilities include being a custodian of the Brand Pulse, including Creative Brand Platform in the execution of Sports marketing programs and resulting communications.

Additionally, partnering with Franchise teams to develop annual and multi-year strategic plans to drive bottler engagement behind key brand projects is essential.

Lead global and regional brand connects to ensure widespread clarity of strategies, plans, and programs, ensuring up-to-date content calendars.

  • Support the operationalization of key Pepsi sports marketing strategies and alignment in collaboration with the Strategic Brand Team.
  • Lead the development of key sports marketing programs and playbooks.
  • Partner with IB Insights, design, comms teams, Marketing Transformation, commercialization, innovation leaders to integrate Pepsi sports marketing strategy into end-to-end programs enabling strong deployment in market.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Hold an MBA or equivalent.
  • Possess 10+ years of marketing experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)/Beverages industry, preferably with a strong digital background.
  • Have a deep understanding of the beverages industry and franchise model.
  • Be an excellent collaborator with the ability to develop deep relationships with individuals and organizations from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience working in a multi-market environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to effectively work and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
