About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with systems monitoring, cybersecurity practices, and cloud services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and address day-to-day IT operations challenges.
  • Utilize industry-leading tools to enhance IT processes and contribute to problem-solving.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service orientation in all interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and network monitoring tools.
  • 1 year of experience in an IT Helpdesk or similar technical support environment.
