Job Title: Lead Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated lead architect to join our dynamic team.

  • Design Development: As a lead architect, you will lead and contribute to the design development process from concept to completion, ensuring creative and functional solutions.
  • Project Management: You will oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and other technical documents in compliance with building regulations and standards.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other architects, engineers, and construction professionals to coordinate and integrate all aspects of the project.
  • Sustainability: Integrate sustainable design practices and materials into projects, promoting environmentally responsible architecture.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local planning regulations, building codes, and health and safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • Professional Accreditation: Must be a registered member of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI).
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite. Revit proficiency is highly preferable but not essential Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Irish building regulations, planning laws, and construction standards.
