Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Solutions Expert.

This role involves working closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop strategies that drive growth and innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate virtual teams to assess customer needs and develop proactive stakeholder networks.
  • Foster relationships with key business decision-makers to identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Hunt and secure new business opportunities by engaging with key contacts, understanding customers' priorities and processes, and presenting the value proposition of digital solutions.
  • Lead planning, execution, and coordination of digital opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell services.
  • Present solutions with a differentiated value proposition, use cases, and competitor knowledge to inform decisions on pursuit or withdrawal.
  • Develop compete plans, conduct business analysis to pursue high-potential customers, and manage digital solutions across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (e.g., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in consultative, value-based selling.
