Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service.

This individual will be responsible for interacting directly with customers through support tickets and Slack messages, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing ownership and education on the use of our platforms.

They will also be among the foremost experts on everything related to OpenAI products and partner with engineering and customer teams to resolve issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in user operations, technical support, or support engineering roles, ideally in tech startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to grasp new technologies and complex concepts quickly.
  • Naturally curious and resourceful individual who is adept at frequent context switching and working on multiple projects at once with expansive ownership.
