We are looking for a highly organized and skilled professional to join our team as a Groups Coordinator. As part of this role, you will be responsible for identifying sales leads for future business, communicating with the Sales team, sending weekly reservations reports to hotels, inputting rooming lists, ensuring payment from customers prior to check-in date, loading group offers and reservations into our system, and developing a thorough knowledge of our brand and product.

This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and go above and beyond to ensure excellent guest experience. If you have a positive attitude, great organizational and administrative skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, then we want to hear from you.

  • Identify sales leads for future business and communicate with the Sales team
  • Send weekly reservations reports to hotels in your cluster
  • Input rooming lists and confirm details with customers
  • Ensure payment from customers prior to check-in date
  • Load group offers and reservations into our system
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our brand and product
