MEP Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Coordinator to lead our project team in delivering exceptional Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our company and take on a long-term role with a well-established construction company.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all phases of MEP services throughout the project lifecycle.
Take full ownership of MEP delivery across Pre-Construction, Planning, Construction, Testing, Commissioning, and Handover stages.
Manage and schedule all utility connections in line with project milestones.
Liaise with the Design Team to coordinate technical submittals in accordance with the project schedule.
Track and manage the flow of technical information between Design Teams and specialist subcontractors.
Ensure MEP works are delivered and implemented to approved designs and specifications.
Monitor on-site installations and ensure stage checks are completed to required standards.
Requirements:
A relevant third-level degree or professional qualification in engineering or building services.
A minimum of 35 years experience in a similar role, ideally with a main contractor or large subcontractor.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to read and navigate BIM models.
