Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-time Office Administrator to join our team in Athlone, Co. Westmeath.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform office administration tasks in accordance with ISO 13485 certification.
  • Process cheque lodgments, bank payment requests, and distribute invoices for approval.
  • Utilize financial accounting software to process invoices and reconcile creditor accounts.
  • Prepare creditor payment runs, perform monthly bank reconciliations, and assist with audit file preparation.
  • Oversee utilities for multiple premises, maintain employee records, and process employee paperwork through the HR process.
  • Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in manufacturing industry preferred but not essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, numerical proficiency in Excel, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Be trustworthy, discreet when dealing with customers and confidential information, and able to take direction efficiently.
  • Possess strong communication and inter-personal skills with a positive attitude to working relationships.
