As a key member of our Commercial Risk team, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative and effective solutions to empower results for our clients. This exciting opportunity is designed to challenge your skills and experience, while providing personal and professional growth through educational and mentoring opportunities.
Each day brings new challenges and tasks, including leading the 120-day Renewal Process, collaborating with colleagues, identifying client needs, and developing cost-effective solutions. You will also be responsible for ensuring all procedures are in compliance with audit standards, coordinating account team activities, and establishing client service plans that prioritize account profitability.
With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will act as the visible face of our organization to clients and prospects, working to consistently prospect and facilitate lead generation activities. Additionally, you will participate in industry-sponsored events and maximize opportunities to become involved with various industry committees.
- Lead and oversee the 120-day Renewal Process;
- Collaborate with colleagues in Vancouver and throughout Canada;
- Identify specific client and prospect needs and develop innovative solutions;
- Ensure all procedures are in compliance with audit standards;
- Coordinate account team activities and establish client service plans;
- Act as the visible face of our organization to clients and prospects;
- Participate in industry-sponsored events and committees;
This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks under ambitious timelines. A level II license is required, and you must have strong digital literacy and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Package.

Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years commercial risk experience, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. They should also have:
- Meticulous attention to detail and refined organizational skills;
- A level II license and strong digital literacy;
- Ability to lead a team of brokers, claims advocates, and risk control consultants;
- Consistent track record of prioritizing tasks under ambitious timelines;
- Strong Microsoft Office Package skills;
