About the Role

We are seeking skilled professionals to protect our customers from security breaches and issues. As a Verification Specialist, you will be an integral part of a high-volume, high-stakes team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Use advanced systems to deliver effective remote CCTV online visual monitoring and manage barrier controls.
  • Handle alarm activations according to customer site protocols.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers experiencing security breaches and issues.
  • Manage inbound and outbound phone calls, including Security Services, with exceptional customer service.
  • Create Incident Reports detailing contacts made and actions taken during incidents.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification is required. A 3rd level qualification is desirable.
  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar or customer service role.
  • High IT literacy, especially MS Office and/or bespoke Management Information Systems.
  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, multitask effectively under pressure, and exercise good judgment in emergency conditions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of performing consistently at a high level.
  • Ability to act on own initiative and work collaboratively as part of a team.
