Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to helm our esteemed Gastropub in Cork.

  • The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, coordinating all aspects of the premises.
  • They will lead and mentor a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and standards.
  • Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring highest cleanliness and hygiene is paramount.
  • Responsibilities include security, health and safety procedures, tills, cash management, pricing, sales, promotions, events, stock control, rostering, and achieving monthly targets.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • At least 3 years of General Management experience in a quality GastroPub environment.
  • A proven track record of coaching, training, and mentoring staff.
  • A positive attitude, can-do approach, friendly, and outgoing personality.
  • Fluent English and strong IT and administrative skills.
  • Full legal status to work in Ireland.
