This strategic role involves implementing and applying employee relations policies within our organization. It requires proactive review of current legislation and advising on competitive compensation and benefits to foster a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with ER Manager to provide day-to-day coaching and advice to managers and associates on various employee relations matters.
- Supporting staff and managers with employee relations topics.
- Staying up-to-date with employment law and trends.
- Tracking employee relations issues to proactively identify areas for training and interventions.
- Executing HR strategies to promote employee engagement and career development.
- Promoting annual employee surveys to gauge employee satisfaction.
- Managing branch recruitment processes to attract top talent.
- Providing guidance on disciplinary procedures to maintain a fair and transparent work environment.
- Supporting senior management teams on ER matters.
- Maintaining confidentiality of personnel data in accordance with GDPR and local regulations.
- Driving employee engagement initiatives.
- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives that support business objectives.
- Promoting company culture and policies.
- Supporting delivery of training and career development programs.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualification and experience in Human Resources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in conflict resolution.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
- Ability to develop effective relationships.
