Human Resources Strategist

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing organisation-wide strategies to support Human Resources and Management teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support Human Resources and Management teams by researching and addressing HR issues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Develop organisation strategies by conducting thorough research and analysis of Human Resources data, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to address these challenges.
  • Direct and monitor training plans, including Induction, Educational Assistance Program, Training Plan, SOP training, and other initiatives to ensure employee development and skills enhancement.
  • Oversee employee benefits and entitlements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Direct industrial relations, including employee information and consultation forums to promote open communication and transparency.
  • Oversee the Training and Development Strategy, aligning it with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Implement succession planning and talent management to identify and develop future leaders within the organisation.
  • Investigate staffing issues and complaints about staff disciplinary matters, taking appropriate action to resolve these concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with work practices, Data Protection, and FOI regulations to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide input into strategic operational planning, budgeting, and financial management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely information is shared with key stakeholders, promoting transparency and accountability.
  • Align priorities with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop HR control procedures and training documentation to ensure consistency and quality in HR processes.
  • Manage HR contractors, including procurement and service level appraisals to ensure efficient and effective HR services.
  • Establish long-term strategies, governance, and operational business processes to drive organisational success.
