Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Computational Ads Bidding Expert to join our global team.

In this role, you will serve as a technical pioneer and thought partner, designing and optimising bidding strategies that drive innovation and shape the technical roadmap.

The successful candidate will have rich experience in computational advertising, particularly in bidding, reinforcement learning, auction mechanism design, or game theory.

  • Technical Leadership & Framework Design
  • You will co-lead the design, implementation, and evolution of the bidding strategy framework for real-time bidding ads.

  • You will conduct research on next-generation auction mechanisms, game-theoretic approaches, and reinforcement learning for smart bidding.
  • Optimisation of Campaign & Ecosystem Performance
  • You will develop advanced strategies for smart bidding, budget allocation/pacing, and bid landscaping, and campaign performance optimisation.
