
Executive Director of Global Compensation and Benefits

We are seeking a strategic and operationally focused Director, Payroll to lead our global payroll function. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and compliant payroll processing for thousands of employees worldwide.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned payroll professional with a strong track record of leadership, process improvement and compliance. You will play a pivotal role in driving our organisation's success by implementing efficient payroll processes, managing vendor relationships and fostering a collaborative environment within the payroll team.
About the Role- Lead all aspects of global payroll processing, including strategy development, process improvement and vendor management.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of local, state and international payroll regulations to ensure compliance across all regions.
- Mange a high-performing payroll team, providing coaching, guidance and support to drive results.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and regional teams to drive payroll initiatives and policies that align with business objectives.
- Provide regular reporting on global payroll metrics, headcount costs and achievements to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, human resources or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a global organisation.
- Strong understanding of payroll software and systems, with a focus on process optimisation and efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills, with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
