Digital Marketing Growth Manager

We're looking for a skilled Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in building our go-to-market function from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to work on various aspects of marketing, including demand generation, campaigns, content, and sales enablement.
You'll have the autonomy to execute across the full marketing mix, creating, launching, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google/YouTube, and other digital platforms. Your goal will be to drive MQLs and support revenue targets by building and managing the B2B sales and marketing funnel.
Key Responsibilities:- Create engaging, commercially focused content (copy, visuals, video) to promote our brand and services.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to grow awareness and engagement through initiatives such as podcasts, blogs, and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design enablement assets, outbound campaigns, and ABM plays.
- 2 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS start-up/scale-up.
- Proven track record executing both organic and paid campaigns that generated pipeline.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Ads/YouTube, HubSpot; familiarity with SEO and analytics tools a plus.
- Data-driven, comfortable with testing and iterating quickly.
- Commercially minded – focused on impact, not vanity metrics.
