Returns Agent

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a skilled Returns Agent to join our team at Dublin Airport. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive and return their vehicles efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless vehicle handovers and returns.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and damage control.
  • Process all workshop vehicles accurately and on time.
  • Communicate effectively with fleet supervisors and damages department.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fully qualified and experienced driving license holder.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early starts and evenings.
  • Car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential (training provided).
