Summary:

This role involves working as a professional in a busy airport environment. The Returns Agent position requires the ability to work effectively within a team, providing exceptional customer service and handling vehicle returns.

The ideal candidate will have a full clean driving licence, be comfortable working outdoors and have strong communication skills.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work a rotating shift schedule across 5 of 7 days. Previous experience in car rental or sales is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers during vehicle return, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to manage vehicle check-ins in a timely manner.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and report findings in line with company procedures.
  • Communicate any new vehicle damage to the relevant department.
  • Coordinate with fleet supervisors to ensure vehicles meet required standards.
  • Process workshop vehicles and flag those needing maintenance or servicing.
  • Complete all administrative tasks accurately in accordance with operating procedures.
  • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Full, clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for face-to-face customer interaction.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating shift schedule across 5 of 7 days.
  • Candidate must currently reside within a commutable distance with full working rights.
