Job Title: Returns Agent

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Returns Agent at our Dublin Airport location. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with all staff to ensure customers receive and return their vehicles in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the continued excellence in customer service and damage standards; and achievement of all KPIs in these areas.
  • Ensure all administration is completed accurately according to operating procedures.
  • Process all workshop vehicles according to operating procedures.
  • Communicate regularly with our fleet supervisors to ensure cars are up to company standard.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years essential.
  • Excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in your working hours, including availability during the day, evenings and weekends.
  • Car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential (training will be provided).
