Job Opportunity

We are seeking a permanent Quality and Risk Manager in Cork. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and oversee quality and risk management systems within a specialist healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality and risk programs in line with national standards, maintaining risk registers and ensuring effective risk mitigation.
  • Oversee incident management, policy development, and quality assurance processes.
  • Lead governance and reporting processes, chairing meetings, guiding teams, engaging with regulators, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • A Level 8 degree in Healthcare Quality, Risk Management, or a health-related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in quality and risk management within a healthcare setting.
