Morgan McKinley's client is a leading provider of palliative care services. We are seeking a highly skilled Quality & Risk Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in Cork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, Implement, and Oversee Quality Management Systems: Create and maintain quality management systems that ensure the highest patient safety standards, clinical governance, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
  • Maintain Risk Registers: Develop and maintain comprehensive risk registers to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
  • Incident Management and Policy Development: Oversee incident management and develop policies to ensure compliance with HSE and HIQA requirements.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Quality, Risk Management, or a health-related field: Applicants must hold a degree in healthcare quality, risk management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in quality and risk management within a healthcare setting: Candidates must have extensive experience in quality and risk management within a healthcare setting.
