Experienced HR Professional Sought for Dynamic Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Generalist to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. The role involves supporting a wide range of HR functions, including providing guidance on policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert HR guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and generate reports as required.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration to ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- C coordinate employee health and wellbeing initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Deliver general HR administrative support to the team.
- 3 years' experience in a HR administrative or generalist role (ideally in legal or professional services).
- Good knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CIPD qualification (desirable).
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
