Job Description

Mamica Ltd. - The Firm is a highly praised four-star hotel, renowned for its stylish ambiance and exceptional guest service. We are seeking an Ambitious Hotel Sales Leader to join our team and contribute to the hotel's continued financial and commercial success.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, working closely with the senior hotel management team.
2. Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing to maximize Revpar and grow market share.
3. Ensure the hotel remains competitively positioned within the local marketplace at all times, in conjunction with the Director of Revenue Management.
4. Work alongside Revenue and Finance to create a comprehensive commercial plan, providing recommendations for growth and expansion.
5. Stay up-to-date with competitors, local market dynamics, and customer trends to inform sales decisions.
6. Establish and manage sales budgets, setting individual goals for team members.
7. Maintain accurate forecasts in collaboration with Revenue Management.
8. Lead and develop the Sales team, fostering a culture of excellence in guest service delivery.
9. Foster strong relationships with internal departments and external customers and suppliers.
10. Participate in daily sales activities as required, supporting the team in achieving their objectives.
11. Perform additional duties as directed by the General Manager.

The Ideal Candidate:
1. Previous experience as a Director of Sales/DOSM of a large four/five-star property with significant events business.
2. A proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and goals.
3. A creative approach to sales, combined with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
4. Proactive, assertive attitude with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
7. Enjoy working in a team environment, leading and developing team members.
8. Proficiency in relevant IT systems, including MS Office and hotel PMS software.
