Job Role:

Maintaining investor relations is a key aspect of this position. You will be responsible for building and sustaining strong relationships with investors, handling administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to the team.

  • Review subscription agreements and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Follow up with investors on missing documentation and maintain accurate records of their interactions.
  • Prepare and review daily and weekly performance releases to keep investors informed about the company's progress.
  • Produce timely and professional investor statements and correspondence.
  • Assist with Fund Manager and investor calls and emails, utilizing excellent communication skills.
  • Support various projects as assigned by the team.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education is required.
  • A minimum of one to three years' experience in Client Services, preferably in Investor Relations.
  • Excellent MS Office suite skills, with strong Excel skills.
  • Fund industry knowledge and concepts are an advantage.
  • Transfer agency environment experience is preferred.
