Business Relationship Manager

This role involves acting as a trusted advocate and primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they get the most out of their solutions. Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their business priorities is crucial in achieving their goals while maximizing the value of their investment.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively monitoring cases and driving escalations when needed.
- Leading quarterly business reviews and facilitating conversations with R&D, product management, and support teams.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of complex software environments and direct collaboration with senior customer stakeholders. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with knowledge in areas such as Enterprise DevOps, Hybrid IT Management, Security Risk & Governance, or Predictive Analytics.
