Mortgage Lending Manager Role

  • This position involves managing lending portfolios across broker and direct channels, ensuring strong conversion rates while enhancing client and broker experience.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a QFA or APA (Loans) qualification, a positive commercial mindset, and a genuine passion for the mortgage industry. The ideal candidate will have experience managing pipelines, achieving targets, and building trusted relationships with brokers.

">Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and grow lending portfolios across various channels.
  2. Serve as the key contact for brokers and intermediaries, offering training, support, and insights.
  3. Drive new business and manage end-to-end mortgage applications.
  4. Deliver strong conversion rates while enhancing client and broker experience.
  5. Work closely with Credit, AML, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
  6. Represent the brand confidently with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.

">Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in mortgage lending or a similar financial services role.
  • QFA or APA (Loans) qualification.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
