The role of the Residential Project Architect involves working with an architectural design practice to create detailed drawings for building regulations applications and tender packages. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience working in an architectural firm, with a good understanding of current building regulations and government framework projects.

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 3+ years experience working in an architectural firm">
  • Irish / UK experience is ideal">
  • Good understanding of Current Building Regulations and Government Framework projects">
  • Sound communication, interpersonal and organisational skills">
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team">
  • Excellent IT skills; including Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD, Revit and preferably BIM">
  • Ability to work within financial budgets">
  • Ability to problem-solve, but also raise critical issues in a timely manner">
