The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a strategic partner to leadership and management teams across the business, providing support and guidance on all employee relations matters, and partnering with line managers to identify and implement effective talent development and retention strategies.

Requirements:
- Experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist role, ideally within retail or FMCG
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Proven experience in managing employee relations and influencing key stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable
