Operational Excellence in Investor Servicing

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and deliver exceptional results in investor servicing.

The role will involve overseeing the lifecycle of hedge, private equity and retail alts funds from launch to liquidation, ensuring seamless investor services and fund management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day servicing of alternative investment investors and third parties.
  • Navigate fund launches and conversions, ensuring all regulatory and operational requirements are met.
  • Oversee multi-share class structures and investor onboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with AML KYC FATCA and CRS regulations.
  • Generate investor reports and manage subscription redemption processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an operational leadership role and investor servicing within financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, finance or a related field.
  • Experience in the hedge fund or mutual fund investment industry is preferred.
