Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care.

You will work closely with residents and their families to provide individualized care that meets their unique needs and preferences.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. To plan and deliver evidence-based, individualised care to meet the needs of patients
  2. To supervise and allocate duties to healthcare assistants
  3. To work effectively and efficiently in terms of time management and personal organization
  4. To cultivate positive relationships with residents and families

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in the acute nursing sector in Ireland. You should hold an NMBI PIN number, valid CPR certification, and up-to-date patient manual handling skills.

In addition, we require a strong knowledge of HIQA standards and a fluent level of English both written and oral.
