Rippling is looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our UK/Ireland team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales professionals, with a focus on growing the business across the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in tech sales, with a proven track record of scaling business across the EMEA region.

You will be working closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to grow the business.

  • Manage, coach, and scale a team of sales executives
  • Assist your team in understanding customer needs and mapping them to the value of Rippling
  • Monitor sales performance: activity, pipelines, monthly forecasts, and closed-deals to ensure quota attainment
  • Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting
