We are seeking an HR professional to join our team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a challenging role and gain experience as an HR manager.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire HR process for French based employees, including payroll administration, disciplinary hearings, and legal case preparation. They will also be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases and provide weekly reporting to the HR Manager on all HR issues in their area.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire HR process for French based employees
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases
  • Provide weekly reporting to the HR Manager
  • Assist with employee and industrial relations and union queries
  • Prepare for legal cases
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or masters in HR, Business or a related field
  • Fluency in English and French (both written and verbal)
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR dealing with French based employees and/or French labour law
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
